How the construction team works:
The objective of the Company is to meet the needs of the Client by providing proficient and meaningful constructing services. Communications is of the utmost importance to achieve this and we, therefore, appoint a Senior Member of the Company as a leader for each project. This member is not only involved in the client liaison, supervision and management of the project but is also an active participant of the construction team. The procedures adopted are geared to provide a quality final product to the client.
EARTHWORK CONSTRUCTION
Typical earthworks consist of roads, railway beds, causeways, dams, levees, canals, and beams. Other common earthworks are land grading to ensure the topography of a site or to stabilise slopes. Our construction engineers will work closely with you to establish the most appropriate construction methods and procedures, consistent with the specification, in order to obtain an acceptable product at the least cost.
To ensure this is achieved, a key factor which we implement is competent testing and monitoring during construction. The end goal is to make the final facility adhere as closely to the designer’s intent.CONCRETE WORKS
